Paint is designed to protect your home in all seasons but without the right products and prep work, paint projects will fail before the expected lifespan. Our exterior projects utilize the following steps:
- Full Power Wash of a home is recommended to alleviate your home of all the dirt and debris. We will use a treatment to kill existing mildew and prevent future growth.
- Scrape and sand loose and failing paint on exterior painting surfaces as needed. It is very important to repair damaged areas and prepare it for the final coats of paint; especially on Masonite.
- We will spot prime all bare wood and surface repairs to ensure maximum paint adhesion and longevity.
- Clean up job site and consolidate leftover paint for customer (touch-up paint for future use).
- Walk through/around with the customer during the final inspection.
